-Faulty Product- Our blankets are assessed for quality prior to shipping, however, in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, we will replace, repair or refund any CommonKind product that is deemed faulty prior to use. If your item is faulty you must contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will cover the costs associated with a faulty product return. Note - we may require images for proof of fault prior to replacement, repair or refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to return products due to a change of mind because your purchase of a Kind blanket covers the cost of a Common blanket to be gifted to a child in Aotearoa through community organisations. Where is your product made? All of our products are designed by us and made in New Zealand. Where will my donated blanket go to? Unless specified, we will donate your blanket where it is needed within our community partner network. If you would like your donated blanket to go to a specific community partner, please add it to notes at check out. Why do you make blankets with wool? Wool is a superior fibre for warmth, breathability, moisture wicking, durability, odour resistance and fire resistance. It's also biodegradable. That's why we believe it's the perfect for kids! And, adults too for that matter.
