Refunds: We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, so please ensure that you read the product description carefully prior to your purchase. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us directly. Faulty Items: In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty product, an exchange or full refund will be provided. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchasing with a photo of the faulty product. Please email us with your order number and what you would like to return along with a detailed description and images to show the faults.

Our ceramics are hand-made from Aotearoa sourced clay. Fluid Pottery sources majority of items used to create our pottery from local business. All items are made on a kick-wheel or hand thrown, for a lifetime of enjoyment. We recommend hand-washing only to preserve the life on your precious pieces, however ceramics are generally built to be dishwasher safe. We aim to ship your order within 3 business days. You will be notified via email once your item has shipped, or if there are any delays. Your items will be carefully wrapped to ensure a safe delivery. All items are sent via NZ Post, standard delivery. NZ Post aim to deliver within 3 business days, and 5 business days for rural areas. Please reach out if your order has not arrived after 9 business days. Made to order items will be shipped as indicated on the listing. Fluid Pottery Limited only operates in New Zealand, based in Christchurch.
