We have quality checked, and taken absolute care in the creation of our products. However, if you receive a faulty item please make contact with us within 7 days of receiving your product. For all faulty or damaged items we will offer a full refund, an exchange or store credit - whichever you choose. If you'd like to return for any other reason, including change of mind, please get in touch and we will assess each request on a case by case basis. Item/s must be unused in original condition.

Where are our products made? We have carefully sourced and selected our manufacturer based in China. Where is your wool sourced? Our manufacturers have full traceability on our wool and can be tracked back to stations in both New Zealand and Australia. Why merino wool?
