I am sorry I do not offer an exchange if you change your mind, so please ensure that you read the product descriptions carefully and if you do have any questions please get in touch. In the event you do receive a faulty product, an exchange or refund will be provided. Please get in touch with images of the fault, within 7 days of receiving the product and we will start the process. The item will need to be returned complete and in new condition for the exchange/refund to be completed.

Each item is designed and made by myself, no items are imported or produced by outside sources. Do you do custom orders? I am open to doing custom orders, please contact me, and I will see if I can make it happen. What age group are the toys for? The toys are designed for children three years and upwards.
