We at Artifact want you to be happy with your purchase, if for some reason you wish to return or exchange an item, returns are available within 14 days of delivery of your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging. Unfortunately, items purchase on sale cannot be refunded. There will be a restocking processing fee of 10% on all returns. You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning or exchanging any item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
