We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and we are certain you will love it. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, return the items in their original condition within 14 working days of the post-marked date for a full refund less shipping costs. Item/s must return to us with tags on and in their original packaging. We recommend tracked shipping, if items are lost in transit they will not be compensated for. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment unless store credit, or a replacement item is requested. Please note sale items are NOT eligible for a refund, exchanges or store credit. Bess textiles are designed in New Zealand and made by our boutique manufacturer in Sussex, England. All our silk twill scarves are printed onto the highest quality silk and loving hand finished with traditional hand-rolled hems. Silk Crepe de Chine scarves are delicately pin-hemmed. All of our shipping is via Tracked Signature courier. Please note, that we are unable to deliver to P.O Boxes as we require a signature upon delivery. Placed orders will be processed and sent out within 24 hours Monday through Thursday. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends and public holidays will be processed within 24 hours of the first working day. If for any reason we are unable to meet our 24 hour dispatch we will contact you.
