RETURNS I understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned. If this applies to you, please contact me within 10 working days of receiving your jewellery together with your reason for returning the item. To be eligible for a return I ask that your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it and it must also be in it’s original packaging. Damaged, soiled, or altered items will not be accepted and will be returned to you. All taxes, duties and customs charges incurred on deliveries outside New Zealand will be your responsibility. Please note, jewellery that has been customised in any way (for example, has a personalised message, name or alteration added to it, will NOT be accepted for a return. I also ask that you understand that your jewellery is made to order, individually and by hand. This means that there will be variations and slight differences in YOUR piece compared to those pictured on this website and elsewhere. This is a FEATURE of the jewellery
