Our inlay pieces are made using natural materials, so you can expect some variation in colour, pattern, and finish — this is what makes each item truly one-of-a-kind and not a uniform, factory-made product. If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. We’re happy to offer a refund or replacement in the case of damage during transit.
