We do not offer refunds if you change your mind. Please ensue that you read our descriptions carefully prior to your purchase. If you have any questions please ask us, we are more than happy to help with more images or extra information if required. However if your item is faulty for any reason or you need to exchange the size of your new jewellery piece we will refund faulty items on return and exchange your jewellery piece to the size required within two weeks of the purchase date.

Where are your jewellery items made? Each piece is inspired by nature, designed by me and made by hand with our highly skilled south island jewellers. How often do you design a collection? The process is slow and considered, each collection can take up to 8 months from initial ideas and drawings to executing a finished piece.
