The Rita Edited Limited (“Rita Edited” we, us, our) complies with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 (the Act) when dealing with personal information. If you provide Rita Edited with Personal Information, you consent to Rita Edited collecting, holding, using and disclosing your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Statement. The Rita Edited Marketplace can be browsed at any time without the need for you to disclose any Personal Information. We will use your Personal Information: To enable access to the Rita Edited Marketplace. To verify your identity or assist with account details in the instance you forget your password. To respond to queries or comments, investigate complaints you may send to us. As part of the transaction process. To market our services and products to you, including contacting you electronically (via email). To monitor and improve the services and products offered on the Rita Edited Marketplace. 4. Credit Card Details:

Rita Edited does not collect your credit card details. Our third-party payment provider Stripe collects, processes and stores details to facilitate all payments for Rita Edited Marketplace. 5. Disclosing of your Personal Information:

We may disclose your Personal Information to: Another company within our group. Any business that supports our services and products including any person that hosts of maintains our system and data centre that we use to provide the Rita Edited Marketplace or other services and products including; A payments processing partner such as Stripe. A credit reference agency for the purpose of credit checking you (if necessary) A third party, if we believe reasonably necessary: A person who can require us to supply your Personal Information (e.g. a regulatory authority). Any other person authorised by the Act or another law (e.g. a law enforcement agency). Any other person authorised by you.

In some cases, the third parties we share your Personal Information with may be located overseas, including but not limited to Australia, United Kingdom, European Union Countries, United States and Canada. Children are not permitted to use our site or services. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under 16. While we take reasonable steps to maintain secure internet connections, if you provide us with Personal Information over the internet, the provision of such information is at your own risk.

If you follow a link on our website to another site, the owner of that site will have its own privacy policy relating to your Personal Information. We suggest you review that site’s privacy policy before you provide Personal Information.
