Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. If you change your mind, we are unfortunately unable to offer you an exchange or refund of your product. If your product has been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately and we will work with the courier company directly.

How do I store my Play Dough? Play Dough should be stored sealed in a cool dark place. Dough will be adversely affected by prolonged exposure to heat, light or air. If your Dough is accidentally left, just add a little cooking oil and knead it back to life. Wash hands before and after use. What age children are your products recommended for? All of our products are recommended for children 3+ years of age. Adult supervision is required at all times, products are a choking hazard.
