Upon the unlikely event pieces are damaged in transit a full refund will be given provided a written request within 7 days & a photo of proof of damage. How/where are pieces made? In my home studio in Marlborough i handbuild & wheel throw all pieces which are high-fired twice up to 1240°C - vitrified stoneware to create water tight vessels. Does Lily May do commissions? Commisions are welcomed. Turnover time of four weeks upon agreement. Please note: Commissions larger than a single item may require more time.
