I wanted to create something special enough to send to those who you love the most. This way you can add them in with your orders. Refund requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods to hello@poppyandsage.com
We accept refund requests for goods sold on RITA for any of the following reasons:
- Product is broken;
- Product does not match the description
- Product is the wrong size
- Product does not meet the purchaser's expectations
Unfortunatlely we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping back to us. Thank you.

If you live in Auckland, you may be able to pick up your items from the Shaw Road Ceramics workshop in Oratia, West Auckalnd. Email me directly at hello@poppyandsage.com to organise this.
All items are handmade at home by me, so each piece will be unique and individual. Please bear this in mind when you are ordering as the pieces are artisan and have a made with love feel.
