All our pottery is handmade - each item is therefore unique and may differ slightly in size, shape or colour to the images shown online, unless it's a one-off piece. We accept returns (excluding bespoke and made-to-order) up to 7 days after delivery. We will refund the price of the item, minus any shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. Please see our full returns policy and contact us prior to returning any items.

If, when your items are delivered, you notice they’re damaged or broken, simply take a photo and get in touch with us within 48 hours. All our ceramics are dishwasher safe, unless specified.
