RETURNS & REFUNDS Faulty Items: If you find your item to be faulty, please contact hello@aspenandfern.co.nz and we will happily arrange for a full refund, OR exchange of the item. Change of Mind Returns: We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied then we will refund your item/items (less any delivery charges). Please contact hello@aspenandfern.co.nz and we will give you our returns delivery address to send items back to. You MUST also meet the below requirements: - Items must be returned in an unused, unmarked, brand new condition. - Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt date. - Receipt of purchase must be provided in order to receive a refund. This can be emailed directly to hello@aspenandfern.co.nz, OR put in parcel when you return the item. - The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning an item. - Refunds can take up to 10 business days to process once we have received goods.

How long will it take to receive my item/items? - This does depend on your location itself, within NZ items should arrive between 3-7 business days. We will always package and post items within the first 24-48hrs from time of purchase, as we want you to receive and be able to enjoy your purchase as soon as possible! - If your item has not arrived in this timeframe, please email us at hello@aspenandfern.co.nz, or call us directly on 021 1054 696 Where are your products designed? - Everything is designed right here in NZ :-) Where are your products made? - Our Linen Products are made from flax grown in France and the material is screen printed in China.
