Refunds: We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, so please choose carefully. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact me directly. Faulty Items: In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty lamp, an exchange or full refund will be provided. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. I will arrange for the item to be returned for assessment. Damage: If your lamp arrives damaged, please email me with photos within 4 days of receiving it. Can I ask for a bespoke design? Yes, please email hello@cambarrett.art for any custom creations. Is the light bulb socket made from PLA? No, the plug, cord, socket and wiring, is not made of PLA. Can I change the light bulb? Yes, there's a circular base that unscrews to access the bulb. Please be sure to only use an LED bulb. Does it come with a light bulb? Yes. My lamps take a small edison E14 bulb, that come shipped. This LED bulb, should last around 5 years.
