Great care is taken when packaging your order, but in the unlikely event that you have received a faulty product or it has been damaged in transit, an exchange or refund will be provided. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, so please ensure that you read the product description carefully before purchasing. For a faulty or damaged product refund request, please email hello@floreana.co.nz within seven days of receiving the goods with photos and a description of the issue.

Paper: All paper used for greeting cards is made from FSC certified paper. Fabric: All pencil case exterior and lining fabric is made from 100% cotton. Wood: All wooden products are made from recycled rimu. Braille: All Braille greeting cards are punched by hand using a slate and stylus.
