Shipping for returns is at the buyer’s expense and must be by tracked post or courier. Any returned items must be in perfect unused condition. About strap lengths on our bags: Choose your strap length so that your bag hits you at just the right point on your body, it can be helpful to measure the strap on a bag you already own to help you choose. If you need a strap length outside of these options please get in touch, we are happy to make a custom length for you.
