REFUNDS - I’m confident that you will love your jewellery as much as I do but I understand that it’s hard to know if something will suit you when you buy online. If you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery, you can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding postage costs). To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received. Please email info@aurelium.co.nz for more info. FAULTY ITEMS - I stand by my work, 100%. However, due to the handmade nature of my jewellery, there may occasionally be times when an item has a manufacturing fault. In this case, please email info@aurelium.co.nz for a repair, refund or exchange within 12 months of purchase.

NZ MADE - Aurelium jewellery is designed and handcrafted in my home studio in Northwood, Christchurch. MATERIALS - Each and every piece is created from high-quality sterling silver or 14ct gold-plated sterling silver. MADE TO ORDER items will be made especially for you. Please allow up to 2 weeks for these items to be handcrafted, packaged and dispatched. All other items are in stock and will be dispatched within 3 business days. DELIVERY - All orders have a 1 to 3 business day delivery time within New Zealand (rural deliveries may take 2 to 3 days longer). Orders are sent via NZ Post and require signature on delivery.
