Please note, each of our products is thoughtfully handcrafted, meaning every piece is unique. As a result, you may notice slight variations in design or finish, which adds to the character and individuality of each item. Refunds: We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, so please ensure that you read the product description carefully prior to your purchase. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us directly. Faulty Items: In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty product, an exchange or full refund will be provided. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchasing with a photo of the faulty product. Please email Message with your order number and what you would like to return along with a detailed description and images to show the faults.

Who makes our products? The products are designed by our director, Jen and handmade by her mum, Laura on Laura's dining table (we promise we wipe the dining table before we start sewing!) What materials/fabrics are your products made of? We source all of our fabrics on our own, and buy from local fabric wholesalers/retailers to ensure to support local businesses. We also ensure we use Cotton or Linen as we believe in quality of the fabric = quality of the product. Can I have customised cushions and sizes? Yes you can! Please email jennifer@mohumdesign.com and we can have a chat around what you are looking for. Please note, as this will be a custom order, there will be extra time required for production before dispatch.
