Purchasing artwork is an investment and requires careful consideration. Please be sure to read the product description carefully and ask any questions you may have before confirming purchase as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Faulty items in the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged, we will offer an exchange or refund. Refund request must be made within 7 days of purchase. Please email Akanksha@akdesignstudio.co.nz with your order number or detailed description of the damage and photos to show the fault.

I hand stitch all my artworks with embroidery thread. Each artwork is handmade, one of a kind original. Most of the artworks/canvases are unframed but I am happy to work through framing options for your chosen artwork. If you have any questions, please send me a message and I'll be happy to help.
