Faulty items: In the event that an item is faulty, an exchange or full refund will be provided. Refund requests must be made within 30days of delivery of item, including photos of fault. Please message with your order number and details are your return and photos of the fault. Disclaimer: All items are hand made by me. As is the case with hand made items, each one is completely unique and may vary slightly from the image on the listing. All care is taken to remove any imperfections and impurities, however because of the nature of individually made, handmade art, this may not always be possible. Any bubbles or imperfections will only add to the unique nature and charm of each item.

All products are made by myself in my home studio. I use a variety of mediums, such as, resin, wood, vinyl, glass and clay. It is extremely likely that I will continue to explore and experiment with new creative mediums and look forward to adding them to my business. I welcome ideas and suggestions, so please send them my way. These really help to expand my knowledge base and contribute to me being 'chronically creative'!
