Taranaki Maunga, Mt Taranaki, and its cone shaped form inspired this slip stitch pattern that forms the textile of this neckerchief. Starting out as a hand-knit swatch the design is translated into machine code and made seamlessly on a digital knitting machine. Available in 3 colours, Pōhutukawa (deep red), Kōwhai (ochre yellow) and Ponga (black). 100% camel down. 225 cm long x 30 cm wide (Diamond shape with more shaping at tips).

What is Camel Down Fibre? It is a rare fibre from Bactrian Camels found in Inner Mongolia and China. It is harvested by hand in moulting season. The yarn we use is spun by Woolyarns in Wellington.
How do I care for my Knit Shepherd accessories? Hand wash with care, dry flat.
