I create unique handmade botanical sculptures and paintings and a little jewellery. My intention, with my art, is to create an emotive response to Nature rather than a direct likeness. I am always exploring and intrigued by the unexpected and often unnoticed in Nature. I have an enjoyment and desire to work with my hands, this has been directed into my career as and artist - and my garden :-) For this wonderful launch of Rita.Edited I have chosen some beautiful large one-off pieces and some of my smaller works too.
