Alana Clarke Art Hello, I'm Alana and I create lively and atmospheric sea and landscape paintings from my family home in New Plymouth where I live with my partner and two daughters. Working predominately in oils, my style is gestural and intuitive. My work narrates natures moments in our unique landscape - dramatic and/or serene, instinctively determined by a strong seasonal expression or a simple phase of calm.
