Hi, My name is Kay and I preserve the beauty of flowers through art, so they last longer than a week in a vase. After relocating from the city to a country property near Helensville, I began cultivating wildflowers in a paddock, initially to enhance the landscape with colour and attract pollinators. Drawing inspiration from the botanicals found on our property, as well as those sourced locally, I press the blooms and transform them into works of art in my dedicated studio. What began with a single flower press has now expanded to a collection of numerous presses, ensuring a continuous supply of flowers for my creations. I offers a variety of artistic styles, including a special New Zealand collection, which showcases pressed native botanicals. I hope you enjoy my creations. Kay Olsen
